Manager/Coach Locker Management
For the 2026/2027 Season Olds Minor Hockey is rolling out a digital inventory system for improved management of our jerseys.
- All lockers have been inventoried prior to the season starting
- All locks have been reset, it is not recommended to share these codes outside of your team as your team is solely responsible for all items in the locker.
- All player jerseys will be 'signed out' to players via the Jersey Assignment link below. This is the managers responsibility to complete prior to Oct 15.
- Due to limited resources it is expected that teams try their best to work with the jerseys they have in their locker. If a jersey physically does not fit your player and you have tried all options please request a Jersey Exchange HERE This may require players to not receive their preferred number but we hope to accommodate where we can.
Jersey Assignments
We have provided access to our locker inventory for Managers/Coaches to easily known what they have available for jerseys and sizes in their locker, as well as assign players their jerseys.
All unassigned jerseys are the responsibility of the team, and the team will be charged for any missing jerseys at check in. It is the teams responsibility to ensure the security of their locker is maintained throughout the season. If a lock code needs to be changed that can be done through the Apparel Coordinator. Teams that share lockers can request to have extra jerseys removed to relieve them of that liability.

Jersey Bonds
Any players jersey(s) not checked in by April 15 will have their jersey bond collected.
Any team jersey(s), affiliates or other jerseys left in the locker over the season, not checked in by March 31 will have an invoice sent to the Team Manager. It is advised not to return Cash Calls until your locker check in has been completed.
We have done our best to inspect jerseys and make note of any prior damage; we encourage families to do their own inspection and will provide a google form to submit anything to note. Inspection reports are required to be submitted prior to the first game of the season.
Unintentional Jersey Damage
We need to know as soon as unintentional damages occur to jerseys during game play, this may be jerseys catching on boards, damage from skates during games, etc. This will allow us to assess game wear and tear vs improper storage of jerseys between games. We will have a google form for parents to report damage throughout the season, managers may also submit reports on behalf of players, but they will be contacted for confirmation of the game play damage stated.
